Professional code of conduct and usage agreement for Wexloy DeployGuard.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wexloy, you agree to be bound by these Terms globally. If you do not agree, you must cease use immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wexloy.
2. Deployment Tools & Disclaimer
Wexloy provides automated CI/CD gating and deployment management tools 'as-is'.
You accept full responsibility for configuring the correct webhook logic, policy rules, and auto-rollback conditions for your infrastructure.
Wexloy disclaims all liability for accidental production outages, failed rollbacks, or blocked critical patches caused by misconfigurations.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, infrastructure access keys, and connected service tokens.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful activities or to disrupt the integrity of our systems.
You retain full ownership of your connected infrastructure and source code.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wexloy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time via the dashboard.
