Refund Policy

Understand our policies on subscription refunds and charge disputes.

1. Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases if you are unsatisfied with the service.
After 7 days, all purchases and recurring subscription charges are generally non-refundable.

2. Mid-cycle Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Exceptions

If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge.
Refunds for technical errors caused by our billing systems will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
